Demand Overseas Aid be spent on Cleaning the Seas.

    URGENT: Overseas Aid should be redirected immediately, to be spent removing the Plastic Pollution which is now devastating the Fish Stock and Plant Life in our Oceans and which will affect everyone on the Planet by contaminating the Food Chain; this would be Lethal.
