Demand Vegan items Clearly Marked on Menus

When I go into a local restaurant, I want to see Vegan items CLEARLY marked on the menu. Hunting down a dish that "could be made vegan" is time consuming and tedious. I want to bring a petition to local restaurants showing them that there is a viable market for Vegan menu items, and that we want THEM to support us.
