Provision of Green bins to Blacktown council residents

Blacktown council currently offer two bins to its residents which are Red bin for household waste and Yellow bin for recycled items. Given Blacktown council has got many suburbs with big backyards, greenery around it would be very handy to have Green bins to dispose green waste.
