HELP SAVE SIMON FROM THE GAS CHAMBER

Simon is a 7 year old Labrador Mix. The owner's relatively new neighbors do not like Simon's owner, so they have started a Campaign of harassment agaisnt the owners. These neighbor's have claimed that Simon after 7 years has mysteriously become vicious and bit their child. This was not in their presence and although Simon got loose that day, there were 2 other dogs present on the neighbor's property at the same time Simon was there and the parents were not in the presence of their child when she was bitten and do not know which dog bit their child. There is another allegation that Simon bit one of 3 boys in an alley; however, the owner was walking Simon on a leash, saw the boys in the distance and told them to stay back and that he would take Simon away. The boys jumped out from behind where they were playing, lunged at Simon and his owner and Simon grabbed one of the boys by his arm. Simon was provoked in this circumstance and was only protecting his owner. These allegations are months apart. When Simon's owners went the City Animal Hearing Board neither the boy or his parents showed up to complain about Simon, or to try to get him put down. On the other hand, the neighbors who have not lived in the neighborhood as long as Simon and his owner's have showed up to insist that Simon, a Labrador mix, who has never ever bit anyone without provocation (the boy in the alley), is now set to be euthanasized by the Des Moines County Iowa Humane Society if the owner's cannot get an Injunction. The Burlington Iowa City Council's Aminal Hearing Boards own Governing Rules under Chapter 35 Section 35.01 Specifically requires a 5 member panel for such hearings and it states the at least 1 member of this Board must be representative of the veterinarian profession. The panal that decided that Simon should go to the Gas Chamber was made up of 3 women, 1 is a Pre-School Teacher by trade, the other A Probabtion Officer by Trade and the 3rd an appropriate member works at our local Humane Society. In a 2 to 1 vote they decided to put Simon down. This is in direct violation of Chaper 35 in the BREATION; COMPOTIONS 35.01 section of the Boards own governing rules. I am filing an Appeal with the District Court through Injunctive Relief before Simon's Stay of Execution ends on the 27th of November, 2017. I am here solely on behalf of Simon and Simons welfare. I am helping Simon's owner the best I can by filing a Petition for Injunctive Relief with the local District Court for a reconsideration of the Boards hearing and to have it throw out based of their own violations of Simon's owners Due Process Rights to a Fair and Just 5 member panel. My plea to you all is to spread this Petition life Wildfire and help me help Simon. No dog has ever exhibited violent or viscious behavior after 6 year on this planet without some Medical explanation. Simon is a friendly lovable part of his owners family. We are currently circulating a Petition for Stay of Execution for Simon to everyone the owner knows that Simon has been around since his birth.
