To resolve issues of concern to residents caused by Morrisons supermarket, Street Road, Glastonbury

To highlight and resolve issues of concern from Morrisons Supermarket, Street Road Glastonbury.
It is understood that there will be an element of noise from the delivery yard at the store but it has got worse over the last year. This is probably due to the pandemic as the store has had to change its operations to maintain a service. However the impact to resisdents can not be ignored any longer and need to be addressed.
There is a constant humming, 24-7 from refridgeration units static and mobile for the store and or click and collect service. This is hugely distracting and can't be escaped, the relentless drone is affecting residents wellbeing.
Because of the refridgeration units, click and collect vans, shipping container and a heap of pallets and trolleys taking up space in the yard, HGV deliveries have difficulty manouvering with not enough space to turn around. This means the HGV drivers are reversing from Morrisons public car park, across a pedestrian walkway then into the delivery yard. All of this creates more unecessary noise and puts the public at risk.
Its tricky what to suggest here but the store isn't using the whole of the site to its potential. There are large areas that are not used, for example the bottle bank area next to thre petrol station and the car park behind the store, adjacent to the delivery yard is rarely used.
The delivery yard has been equipped with several flood lights but have been positioned badly or the wind has moved them. The lights are shining directly at bedrooms of many houses in the vacinity. These lights are on almost permanently day and at night which is huge distracting when trying to sleep.
Please angle the lights down or have the lights face the store from the perimeter fence.
Litter from the delivery yard is getting worse and it is often overlooked as it passes through the gaps in the fence. It then gets blown through the wooded grass area, into the balancing pond and into residents gardens. This land is part of a conservation area and is also rich with wildlife. Morrisons is responsible for keeping this area maintained and tidy.
The store has a member of staff to tidy the car park, please can they do this area too? Or possibly a larger fence or screen to stop litter and greatly reduce noise levels. Most of the pedestrian litter on this land is produce purchased from Morrissons, if a few waste bins were installed, maybe it would encourage people not to litter.
