Reduce the Cost of College Tuitions

The cost of tuition has been on the rise ever since the early 1900's. I strongly believe that the cost of universities and college tuition have become so expensive over the years that it is pushing individuals away because they either cannot afford to go or refuse to get into student debt with loans. I ask that anyone who agrees to step forward sign a petition to make ourselves heard.
