Allow people to help feral cats!

People in the Middletown area have begun to be fined for helping feral cats. Providing them with food and shelter. Even taking them to vet visits for their health and to get them spayed/ neutered to decrease the population of homeless cats. These cats need that help. The SPCA stated that they will fine people for helping these cats. If we don't help them, who will? To be fined for doing something for the greater good is wrong. It's inexcusable to allow this to happen. If you agree with me please sign this petition. I hope to get this so called law revoked so we can continue to help these beautiful cats.
