Donald Trump has made history: he is the only president of the United States to be impeached twice. And it's a well-deserved award: for inciting a violent coup attempt on the Capitol that killed five, after refusing to commit to a peaceful transition of power, threatening state election officials, flooding our courts with frivolous lawsuits, and undermining public trust in the most secure election in our nation's history.
Now, Trump's impeachment moves to the Senate, where he will be tried...and convicted, if at least two-thirds of Senators actually understand and believe in their constitutional duty. Let's make sure they do.
