Petition to allow 6ft fencing on all homeowners property.

Looking to over throw HOA rule on fencing in neiberhood. Wanting be able to have higher than a 4ft fence on our property. We have placed a 6ft fence in our back yard to insure that safety of our children. There is a busy road in the back of our house and we do not want to see one of our kids get hurt! WE help foster two of the children that live in our home and want to insure that they have a safe place to play! We also would like to have our privacy from the main road and surrounding homes. We would also like to have other homeowners be able to have 6ft fencing to insure the safety of their children and family pets!
