Justice and transparency for Che'Mar A Townsend -Release the Autopsy After 22 Months

My name is Alexandria M Holley, I'm and I Am The Grieving pair of Chel'Mar A Townsend, who passed away under troubling and unexplained circumstances on July 10th 2023 and Vineland New Jersey.

It has now been 22 months since his death, and I have been repeatedly denied access to the school autopsy report by Luke authorities despite being the next of Ken and having a legal and more right to this information I have received no clear answers no justice and no closure only the answers they want me to accept that's not acceptable to any parent,

The medical examiner's finance are being withheld without significant explanation and the death certificate remains unamended, even though I have reasons to believe the findings were revised or clarified my family deserves to know the truth about what happened to my son.

We are calling on the Cumberland County prosecutors the southern medical examiner and the New Jersey attorney general to release the full autops report immediately and investigate why the critical information has been kept from my family for nearly almost 2 years.
