Tell Netflix to Go Green!

It turns out that as revolutionary as Netflix has been in streaming media online, they are far far behind on their energy uses. Netflix gets most of their energy from coal and other dirty, non-renewable power sources. 

Please sign the petition to ask Netflix to voluntarily switch to renewable, clean energy sources. 

Companies like Netflix are only successful because of their customers. As their customers, we need to loudly say that this matters to us. The more of us who sign the petition urging Netflix to go green, the more likely they are to actually make the shift. 

Transition to renewable energy sources will be good for Netflix on the public relations front, it will please their customers and most importantly, it will aid the environment. With global warming accelerating and legislators loosening regulations left and right, we have to demand that independent organizations do the right thing.
