Unblock Romania from Hackforums

I believe that Romania has good, high quality users that can bring useful materials and information to Hackforums.net. It is true, there are a few bad apples among us, but why ruin it for everybody because of a few? I am hoping that we can all get along and remain friends because for some of us, Hackforums is where we learned many things, for example, some of us learned to code here, and some of us learned other interesting things. This is for Romaia, as I am from Romania. I would have asked for ALL blocked countries but that would be pulling it too far. Please take this into consideration, thank you.
