Animal abuse must stop now! Too many people are getting away with abusing animals throwing puppies locked in cages into the river starving animals beating them leaving them behind when they move that’s kind of the Busey us to stop and stiffer laws have to be made I think that if they had to suffer stiffer penalties in longer jail stays have to have fines in being arrested maybe we could put a dent in it
