I am starting this petition on behalf of a good family friend of mine. This petition is for the field's family. They tragically lost their daughter a few years ago. She was hit by a drunk driver while trick-or-treating with her siblings She was only 16 years old. Her father made a memorial where she was hit by the drunk driver and killed. The memorial is to honor her Legacy and a place for her father to go sit when he wants to talk with his daughter. It's a place for her siblings to look and remember that their sister is always remembered and loved however Spartanburg City has threatened to tear the memorial down. This is absurd and very wrong and it is really taking a toll on her father mr. Fields so I would really appreciate if anyone who has a child or anyone who has a heart to please sign this petition so that we may deliver it to the proper hands of the city in hopes that this Memorial will be able to stay put and intact for erica's memory
