I like Starbucks, if Starbucks was wrong they will fix it , out of all the companies Starbucks try's to make people feel happy and they try to give as much feedback as possible to make the customer feel like they are not ignored when they need help with a store or purchase. and to me it's not s race thing , it's a people thing , not just black people are treated like this , Hispanic people are treated the same and sometimes worse , I can name A list of companies that don't care , they treat customers bad , the will not contact you , hold these companies accountable for what they do to Hispanic people , if you have a tan or look Native American you will be treated like a thief , Walmart is bad my mother looks white and she walked into Walmart and security did not do anything , I'm brown and I walked into Walmart they kept saying security watch for every lane I walked down they never said any lane that my mother walked down , even my mother and her friends did it and she knows Walmart league city tx. And arrested , he wasn't doing anything but they accused him of taking things it's a white area mostly. , Hispanic people are being treated bad at restaurants like taco cabana , they do not respond to complaints. Starbucks will , Texas Roadhouse will not. Starbucks will , Panera bread, and torchys. Tacos will not reach out to you , Starbucks Chick-fil-A will
