Air Condition for Fred Norris Youth Center and Derrick Owens Youth Center

The Money was put in the budget for 2018 and the old executive director Mr. Scott retired and Ms. Donna Gable took over. She told me that it would be 2021 before they could get but the money was already put in the budget for that project for 2018. That is why we are asking the tenants to sign this petition.
