Stop Mr. Parra from teaching at Mira Costa

Well Mr. Parra doesn't teach us at all he rather talk with kids then teach. In the middle of class Mr. Parra Screams Scholar at the top of his lungs. He yells at us for talking when he stated the conversation. When we take quizzes he doesn't give back our quizzes so we can see what we got wrong. He goes through the questions again and ask us to answer the questions when we already answered them.
