The undersigned members representing 5% or more of the Association hereby petition that the Board of Directors set the earliest reasonable date for a special membership meeting to vote on the removal of all current directors and to elect replacement directors for all seats for the following reasons:
The current Board of Directors of the Anatolia Home Owners Association is entering into multi-million dollar financing and construction deals that threaten the financial condition of our community and will negatively impact of the individual HOA members. The financing and construction deals are being made in secrecy, and against state regulations that call for multiple bids. The Board of Directors have refused to allow HOA association members access to the terms of the deals.
In addition, the board of directors of the Anatolia Home Owners Association have long been unresponsive to members requests for information related to board elections in a clear and easily understandable format. This petition for a new election will be to eliminate the inequities of previous elections and appointments to the board so as to allow for smooth and fair elected transitions to future board members.
