We propose that River's Edge Venue at 1600 W 61st St N Wichita, KS be re-zoned from Suburban Residential (RR-2) to commercial (C-2).

I SUPPORT THE APPLICATION TO RE-ZONE THE ABOVE PROPERTY TO C-2.

River's Edge Venue will not be operated any different than it has over the last 7 years. We will continue to be a gem in Valley Center for small weddings, birthday parties, bridal and baby showers. Enjoy the outdoor space and river views.
