Ban the Use of Pesticides in Yards with Bird Feeders

Ban the use of pesticides in yards that have bird feeders, bird houses, bird baths, bee hives, bee farms, or nests that are currently being used by birds to raise their young.
I feed birds and live in a townhouse. The association has landscape workers who maintain our yards by mowing or using a snow plow when needed. Sadly, they poured blue chemicals on our driveway, right next to the bird feeder after it had snowed one day. When I saw this, I immediately went outside to shovel the blue chemicals away from the bird feeder since I was worried that it would harm the birds. It would be nice if we were more considerate to wildlife before doing any yard work that could possibly harm or threaten them; this includes using pesticides in yards with bird feeders or other habitat features that are wildlife friendly.
