Demand a release to inmates for time serve

My boyfriend has already served 18 years for armed robbery and kidnapping. But he got railroaded by his lawyer. The cops shot at him and he shot back but killed no one. So it was just the idea that the cops were white and him being classified as a black man when in reality he’s a half bred black and Puerto Rican.
I want him to be freed for time served because he has worked while in prison and he teaches classes also. The inmates around him look up too him. He teaches them that when you are free, make something out of yourselves and turn from your wicked ways. So I feel like my baby should be released on good behavior by itself.
