End prolonged dog confinement & tethering!

No animal should be left in a confined space for extended amounts of time, but that's exactly what happening to a pair of dogs in my neighborhood. They live in a tiny "dog run" where they have maybe 8-10 ft to move.

The law says that as long as the dogs can "turn all the way around" this is acceptable. These dogs have been in the same confined space for two years.

Other dogs in the neighborhood live on a leash and are tethered at all times. They live their whole lives in the same 12 ft. We know this is cruel, many areas have teathering laws and Davis County needs some as well!
