Melinda Alston was caught on video abusing her dog and still has custody of this dog

She needs to relinquish her dog to the humane society and never be allowed to have another animal . Pittsfield Police need to take custody of this dog to keep this dog save from harm

This women picked her dog up by the collar and was swinging it then threw it to the ground while the police charged her she still as custody of the dog
