opposing parole for angela dawn fowler

  • by: Tammy Hogan

On December 13 2006 three young children lost their father to a tragic murder. Angela Dawn Fowler had been asking several men to take care of her husband. She met a man at a local church she told her husband that he was the youth minster he had been to the home on several occasions. She began to see this man outside of church. Her husband Richard Fowler recived a settlement from an accident. She told Robert Heydman the man from church she would give him some of Richards money if he would take care of him.So on the morning of December 13 she told the kids to give there dad a kiss she then took them to school. While she took them to school she told Robert she would leave the back door open. She told him to leave the door ajar when he killed Richard and she would come home and call 911.She texted Robert to see if the job had been done and told him she loved him and wanted to kiss him.Richard had several stab wounds after death. His head was crushed.Robert Heydman is serving a life sentance for his involvement.Angela Dawn Fowler took a plea to tell on Robert she only got 18 years. Her parole date is coming up in March 2013.Since Richard Fowler had no choice in his ability to live a normal life ,productive life raising and watching his kids grow,we feel Angela Dawn Fowler should not of had the right to make that choice either. We want to take this to the parole board to let them know our concern for saftey of our community.Use 2-3 paragraphs to convince people of the importance of your issue! Facts, figures, and bulleted lists are extremely helpful, but don't be afraid to be passionate and be yourself.
