Attorney General Jeff Sessions needs to know that Federal laws that protect against medical condition discrimination are the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The FMLA applies to ALL medical conditions. This petition is in support of The Commpassonate Access, Research Expansion and Respect Act of 2017 (CARER Act).
