Congress cannot be impeached. They must be expelled by a two thirds vote of their peers.
WE THE People, whose signatures are presented herewith, DEMAND Congress to enact the EXPULSION from the House of Representatives; of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who now serves as U.S. Representative for New York's 14th congressional district, under the grounds of acting disloyal to the United States by attempting to change the format of our government into a Socialist State.
Ms. Cortez is aggressively pursuing an agenda to overthrow our democratic republican system of government with the intention of replacing it with a communistic socialism state of government, constituting a deep and dangerous disloyalty to the United States. The actions taken on the part of Ms. Cortez, gives standing to request her expulsion from office, according to our Constitution, rendered by vote of two-thirds of her peers. We ask that you take a stand against this blatantly destructive course of action that is being demonstrated against out government by voting for the expulsion of Ms. Cortez from office.
