Change Our DISTRACTING Dress Code

Please sign this petition to help me convince Alpine Academy to either abolish its dress code or allow students to wear personal sweaters!

Freedom of expression is important! It is sexist and wrong to tell someone what they are wearing is inappropriate or "distracting." Being angry at a ridiculous dress code is more distracting than anything someone might actually wear. If someone is comfortable and confident in their clothing, what gives you the right to make them feel badly?

Many high schoolers face the issue of trying to find their uniform shirts in the morning. Why would we want to continue this struggle? When was the last time that somebody has truly made fun of another student for what they are wearing to school that day? What is the true definition of a distracting outfit in school? Why can't we define this and fight back against the dress code?
