Harrasment and targeting are Black Youth in the neighborhood

There is a guy named Robert Barlett who lives at 5112 Marlowe street Philadelphia,Pa 19124 He harrases the black kids on the block of Marlowe from the 5100 and 5200. He follows them with his cell phone while walking pass and records the kids all black from various ages.He makes false accusations against the the black male youth to police authoritys All of the neighbors from around the area are attesting to this I also called the police on him for harassing my child and trying to hit him with a brick while walking home before there is another Travon Martin incident we have to come together as a community and speak out not only for my kids safety but your kids and your grand children nephews and nieces something has to be done to stop him from targeting are black youth.
