Classify Sexual Harassment as Extortion.

Whereas employers and civil servants have sometimes abused the authority of their posts to demand sexual favors,

and whereas this is sexual harassment.

Therefore, we the undersigned request that such unethical actions be classified under federal law as a form of extortion and therefore a federal offense.
