The USDA has again proven that they don't care at all about animals in captivity. They have renewed Hugo Liebel's license through January 2019 in spite of his documented abuse of Nosey, her confiscation by authorities in Alabama, the animal cruelty charges against him for his treatment of Nosey, and the testimony of an experienced vet about her medical and psychological condition.
The USDA condones captivity and makes it easy for the abusers to continue their cruel acts. The Liebel's have no insurance for Nosey and cannot take Nosey to their hovel in Davenport, Florida because of the work accomplished by SNN. We will continue to fight for her safety and her sanity. #Life4Nosey
