In light of the Florida school shooting on 2/14/18, l think a lot of us are realizing that gun violence isn't going to fix itself. Congress and the President have only offered their prayers not solutions to this massive problem we have in America. Why have we not had gun control pass?
In 2017, we had over 340 mass shootings in 365 days, that's almost 1 per day. The NRA, a private and for profit company, feeds money to the campaigns to a majority of sitting Congress members and controls gun laws. A PRIVATE COMPANY CONTROLS GUN LAWS IN AMERICA.
l am creating this petition to say that l, and whoever else signs this petition, will not vote for a candidate that has received money from the NRA.
If we stop voting for those candidates they will stop taking money and we will help bring an end to the NRA's control. The power is in the numbers so please sign the petition. THE PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE IN THIS COUNTRY AND WE NEED TO SHOW THESE BASTARDS WE ARE DONE WITH THE CORRUPTION!
