Demand Full Legalization of Marijuana in Hawaii

Hawaii is plagued with financial shortfalls for schools, roads and infrastructure. Hawaii needs another revenue stream, and the full legalization of Marijuana would provide that revenue stream. With current income projections of $50 million per year for just medical marijuana in Hawaii, being taxed at %30 = $15 million a year. Lawmakers just passed DOE budget of $28 million for 2 years. State pays $9 million a year to enforce marijuana laws. $15 million a year in tax revenue plus save $9 million a year in law enforcement. $24 million in one year that we could spend on our children's future. With full legalization Hawaii will not have anymore financial shortfalls for these issues.

Wake up and smell the buds, dont be addicted to a false idealogy that has been perpetuated for years.  Marijuana is only what you make it.  If you treat marijuana like a liabilty, invest money as a liabilty it will become and has become a liabilty.  But if you treat it like an asset, invest money as you would an asset it will become an asset.
