Demand Motorcycle Safety

Change the law on under lighting of motorcycles! ?Michigan law states no under lighting. The way you have to get a motorcycle endorsement is to to to a motorcycle school. In class you are instructed where to position your motorcycle to increase your visiblity, which improves safety. Why not allow under lighting?? Not to allow flashing and to permit fade for this reason of visibility. Not to allow led front, rear, or direct site as to minimize the lighting allowing indirect lighting only. Not to allow flashing and permit fade only. Reason for color fading is, it can be visible even to the colorblind as this would not be enough to distract but enough to alert as to a motorcycles presents. Yes, sometimes even blue and red are in the mix of the color fade, but if there is no front or rear facing that would not be an issue with distraction, but add to vehicle safety.
Which equals less accidents, less injuries, and eventually cheaper auto insurance as a byproduct of safety. Which will benefit all. Surely under lighting will be more safe than a motorist on a cell phone instead of using hands-free. It maybe a fraction of a second that a driver sees the under lighting and this will save lives and property damage to benefit Michigan.
