Due to lax or nonexistent spay and neuter laws in MS, there is an overpopulation of dogs and cats which leads to rampant abuse and neglect and forces places like Animal Control or other adoption agencies to euthanize more animals than can find proper loving homes! Let's step out of our antiquated beliefs that animals are just property but are living, breathing, feeling Creatures of God and should be treated as such. I need YOUR help now!!
