Bring back the horse drawn sleigh so Prosser kids go to school in the winter

We the People of Prosser in Washington State, in order to form a more perfect union between kids and school, establish sanity in the household, insure domestic tranquility for parents, provide for the common learning, promote the general welfare of all, and secure the blessings of horsemanship to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish that the Prosser School district should bring back and operate horses, buggies, and sleighs as needed during the winter months in order to get these dang kids out of the house!
