Justice for Riley the Innocent Dog!!

At 9 o'clock this morning, the police chief of Appalachia, va Lester Bowman, shot an INNOCENT animal that was on its own property.

Riley is a playful boy. He would never hurt a soul. He loves kids and he is just the biggest baby.
