Improve Waterside Estates HOA Curb Appeal Now!

We the residents of Waterside Estates pay an annual assessment ($590) to our Homeowners Association. They are responsible for the upkeep of our neighborhood including its single greatest yearly monetary expenditure: LANDSCAPING.

Crest Management gives the following advice to homeowners on their website:
"Landscaping is perhaps the most noticeable and important way to contribute to your community's curb appeal. Remove dead plants, weeds and branches. Keep shrubs properly pruned and flowers well-tended. Keep yards free of leaves and remove grass clippings."

Shouldn't we hold our HOA to that same standard?

Many of our common areas contain dead plants and shrubs, unkept flower and mulch beds and other unsightly landscaping issues. It is time that our HOA board immediately begin to work with Crest Management and a professional landscaper and invest in upgrading and maintaining the areas WE pay for.

The following link goes to photos that were taken on November 20, 2018 of various common area landscaping on the village side:

We ask that these areas be addressed immediately and let's turn our subdivision's landscaping look back to nothing short of excellence. Excellence produces strong property values and a beautiful community!
