The San Elijo Hills town center has been an important part of the master development plan since its inception over 15 years ago. Residents have a tremendous level of pride and commitment to this community we call home. We applaud this latest plan presented by Homefed Corporation and Ambient Communities for bringing the vision for the town center to a point where we feel it meets residents' input and needs.

Signing this petition is a display of unity of the San Elijo Hills community and provides the City of San Marcos with an understanding that residents support the general plan of the town center development presented to us on May 25, 2016 and we encourage the City of San Marcos to facilitate the project.
