Request for a New Skatepark in Chula Vista.

There are many kids and adults that skateboard, bmx, and use scooters in the city of Chula Vista. Many of these riders can't find many places to have fun in Chula Vista due to having to ride on the streets. If a skatepark was made in the middle of Chula Vista, these riders would rather go to the skatepark than riding in front of someone's business and messing up property. This will also be a good thing so that kids have more to do in this city.
