beating an innocent, defenseless pet rooster that belonged to his neighbor.

Instead of walking away from the small rooster or going to find his owner, the man went to his car to retrieve an umbrella -- or rather, a weapon.Then, he relentlessly brought the umbrella down on Roger again, and again, and again.By the time the attack was over,
Roger's leg and wing were broken. His owner found the poor thing
terrified and hiding under a woodpile, when typically he is a confident, happy animal.
If it hadn't been caught on video, we may have never truly learned what happened to Roger.
How many more animals has this man already victimized when no one was watching? This man's attack on Roger was needless and violent, and he must be treated as dangerous to other animals.
