Stop the discrimination of tattooed, pierced and modded people in the workplace!

I believe that everyone should have equal opportunities in life. As a pierced (and soon to be tattooed) person I struggle with discrimination in the workplace constantly and I know others do too.
Employers should have no right to dictate to people what they can do with their own body. Employers shouldn't be allowed to discriminate against modded people or have the right to tell people to cover up or take piercings out (Unless the tattoo is vulgar or the body mods could cause a health and safety issues).
Help me fight against the employers who think it's ok to judged you based on the ink in your skin or the metal in your body!
Equal opportunities for all, just because we look different doesn't mean we promote a "bad company image"!

I aim to get this petition recognise by parliament. I want discrimination law to protect not just against skin colour, religion, sexuality and gender identity, but to protect people with Body Modifications as well.
We deserve to be equal too, we are just like everyone else, but a little bit different.
