I have 3 kids . I have done the paperwork for my expungement and I was denied Eluding /No drugs or alcohol 3rd degree One felony (4 years 5months released) 2 years probation was completed . 1year (since completed). This petition would open eyes up to my case. I can't provide my children with the proper essentials needs on a daily because I lack the resources such as a job or car. I'm not eligible for public housing or section 8, with the charges . I also can't provide the proper healthcare.
