Moises L. Germanguerrero , 21 of Cheektowaga NY has been arraigned on 2 counts of aggravated cruelty to animals when he used blunt force trauma on 2 cats, rendering one dead March 29, and another one October 16.
It is disturbing that he fatally injured them by hitting them with his closed fists.
He faces sentencing on January 6, and this crime must NOT be punished by a slap on the wrist. Felony animal abuse is a crime, and he could face 4 years in prison, which is the maximum sentence allowed.
I am URGING any fellow animal lover to call Judge Stevens Bench Clerk at 716-686-3919 and ask for the maximum sentence allowed. It takes a minute to serve justice to 2 innocent cats robbed of their lives by sheer brutality of closed fists. PLEASE HELP !!!
