All Humans Are Created Equal!! Help Change Tanzania's Laws For LGBT Citizens!!

In the Country of Tanzania, a President named "John Magufuli", had influenced the discrimination and sufferage of LGBTIQ citizens in the country. When he was in office in the year of 2016 he had since started a wave of discrimination towards many minorities in the country, mainly towards those of the LGBTIQ community. He had further restricted LGBTIQ citizens of pharmaceutical needs and certain medicinal materials. He had also created a "Mortality Crusade", which reinforces the discrimination of the LGBTIQ community and its citizens, which resulted in the beatings and tortures of certain citizens. I am concerned by this , because if I were in that situation or if my family or friends were in that situation I would do whatever it takes for them to be comfortable and to not be afraid of being themselves. Some solutions or rather propositions that I think would help resolve this problem would be to help support those who are being discriminated and to help give awareness  to this problem.
