Justice for Angel

On 21/01/18 Angel, a Caucasian German Shepherd was found in freezing conditions without food or water tied to a tree in Hartlepool. This dog was fearful, having been abandoned and left throughout the night. The police took the decision, with the RSPCA to shoot her dead.
