Stop the inhumane slaughter of Horses!

Why do people even eat Horse meat? If the UK has too many horses, stop breeding them. I cannot see any point in having horses slaughtered because there are too many of them. See these links:

These animals did not ask to be here and this inhumane treatment of such a majestic animal should stop. This is not the stone age. Sign this petition and save this beautiful animal!
