Demand animal abusers have to be put on a register

we all know how child abusers are by law to be put on a register, we demand that "animal abusers names should be placed on a register I work for a animal charity and have seen abuse on here that still gives me nightmares please sign for all animals and help me create a better world for our animals in the future.
