Put Cardiff City in the Welsh League where they belong

Cardiff City are a Welsh club playing in the English league. By doing so, they are taking a place that could be filled by an English club. Wales has its own league, Cardiff should be part of that.

They also moan about the snow and have some of the most pathetic fans in the world!
