Petition To Acquire The Mountain Lakes Club

We the undersigned, being current residents of the Borough of Mountain Lakes, believe that our town council should authorize the town manager, or an alternative agent of the town, to take the necessary steps to acquire the Mountain Lakes Club. The petitioners below believe that acquiring the Club represents an unprecedented opportunity for the town. Re-positioning the current operation to make the Club accessible for every resident will enhance the desirability of our town. Clearly this action is in the best interest of the town and all of its residents, and we support measures to acquire the Club including, but not limited to, the authorization of issuing bonds sufficient to accomplish this acquisition.
