To Meta Leadership,
We, the undersigned creators, are requesting a fair, transparent, and consistent review process for monetization enforcement actions, including Boosting & Amplifying violations.
Thousands of creators invest significant time, effort, and resources into building communities on Facebook. Many of us rely on monetization tools such as Stars, Content Monetization, In-Stream Ads, and Bonuses. When these tools are removed, creators are often left without clear explanations, meaningful evidence, or an effective appeal process.
We respectfully request that Meta:
Provide clear evidence when a creator is accused of Boosting & Amplifying or Artificial Engagement.
Offer a human review option before monetization tools are permanently removed.
Allow creators to understand which specific content, comments, followers, or actions triggered the violation.
Create a transparent appeal process with detailed feedback rather than automated responses.
Ensure that paying Meta Verified subscribers have access to meaningful support, human review options, and clear communication regarding monetization enforcement actions. Creators who pay for enhanced support should have access to transparent resolution pathways when their income and business are affected.
Protect creators from malicious activity, including fake followers, fake engagement, coordinated reporting, and account attacks.
Ensure that creators are not penalized for engagement they did not purchase, request, or control.
Establish a dedicated support channel for creators facing monetization enforcement actions.
We support Meta's efforts to combat spam, bots, and inauthentic behavior. However, legitimate creators deserve transparency, due process, and an opportunity to correct issues before losing access to monetization tools and income.
Our goal is simple: Protect authentic creators while maintaining the integrity of the platform.
By signing this petition, we ask Meta to work collaboratively with creators to build a fairer and more transparent system for everyone.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Concerned Facebook Creators Worldwide
